Getting Started

Signing in

  1. Go to your workspace URL — either the main site or your tenant subdomain (e.g. https://acme.iesmac.com).
  2. Enter your email and click Continue. The platform resolves your workspace and takes you to the right place.
  3. Enter your password and click Sign in.

First time? Check your email.

New accounts (candidates, employees, agents, tenant admins) don't get a password set for them — you receive an invitation email with a “set your password” link. Click it, choose a password, and you're in. Lost the email? An admin can re-send a reset from your row's Send Password Reset action.

The layout

Area What it's for
Left sidebar Navigation for the current module (Recruitment, HR, Front Office, …).
Top bar — app switcher (grid icon) Jump between modules/app-groups you have access to.
Top bar — Create New (+) Quick-create a Candidate, Employer, or Job Order from anywhere.
Top bar — calendar toggle (AD/BS) Switch every date in the app between the Gregorian (AD) and Nepali (BS) calendar.
Top bar — language English / Nepali / hybrid.

A typical first session

  1. Create a candidate or convert a front-desk visitor.
  2. Attach them to a job order / application.
  3. Move them through the deployment & compliance steps.

Search is everywhere

Use the search box in the top bar (or press Ctrl/⌘ + K) to jump to any record or page.
