Menu & App Groups¶
Control the app launcher tiles and how modules are grouped in the sidebar — the structure this user guide mirrors.

Open Menu & App Groups (/admin/setup/menus). Each app group (Recruitment, HR Management,
Accounting & Finance, Inventory & Materials, Document Retention, Front Office, Medical, Website,
Administration, Platform) has a name, icon, colour, default route, and sort order, and contains one or
more modules.
- Reorder groups to change the launcher/sidebar order.
- Create a new group and map modules into it.
- Adjust a group's icon, colour, or default landing route.
Groups drive navigation
The app launcher and sidebar are generated from these groups and the modules mapped to them, gated by each tenant's subscription and each user's permissions — so two users may see different tiles.
