Getting Started¶
Signing in¶
- Go to your workspace URL — either the main site or your tenant subdomain
(e.g.
https://acme.iesmac.com). - Enter your email and click Continue. The platform resolves your workspace and takes you to the right place.
- Enter your password and click Sign in.
First time? Check your email.
New accounts (candidates, employees, agents, tenant admins) don't get a password set for them — you receive an invitation email with a “set your password” link. Click it, choose a password, and you're in. Lost the email? An admin can re-send a reset from your row's Send Password Reset action.
The layout¶

A typical first session¶
- Create a candidate or convert a front-desk visitor.
- Attach them to a job order / application.
- Move them through the deployment & compliance steps.
Search is everywhere
Use the search box in the top bar (or press Ctrl/⌘ + K) to jump to any record or page.
