Custody Configuration¶
Tune how custody behaves for your organisation — time limits, friendly labels, sensitivity, and who's allowed to do what.
SLA Configuration¶
Custody → Config → SLA (/app/custody/config/sla) — set how long an item may sit in a given state
before it's flagged (e.g. passport intake must clear within 24h). System defaults are shown and can
be overridden per namespace/state.
State Labels¶
Custody → Config → Labels (/app/custody/config/labels) — give the internal state codes friendly,
tenant-specific display names (e.g. INTAKE → "Document Received").
Sensitivity Rules¶
Custody → Config → Sensitivity (/app/custody/config/sensitivity) — set sensitivity levels
(Standard, Confidential, High Security) per item type, with matching SLA constraints.
Authority Matrix¶
Custody → Config → Authorities (/app/custody/config/authorities) — map custody actions
(intake, transition, incident-verify, incident-approve) to user roles, so only authorised people can
perform each step.
Set authorities deliberately
The authority matrix is what enforces separation of duties in custody (e.g. the person who verifies an incident shouldn't be the one who approves it). Review it when roles change.
