Open Announcements (/platform/announcements).

  1. New — write a title and body.
  2. Target — all tenants, or a specific subset.
  3. Schedule a publish date/time (or publish now).

Published announcements appear in the targeted tenants' UIs.

Give notice for maintenance

Schedule maintenance announcements ahead of time and target all tenants so admins can plan around downtime.
