The operational home screen for HR — a live snapshot of headcount, attendance, leave, payroll cost, and the items needing attention today.

Open HR Management → Dashboard (/hr/dashboard).

What you see

  • Headcount and quick stats — active employees, on leave today, overtime hours, pending items.
  • Payroll snapshot — current month cost (e.g. ₨ 1,28,500) with a link to the full view.
  • Action panels — pending approvals, expiring employee documents/originals, and upcoming events.
  • Leave at a glance — who's off and the balance picture.

Tiles link straight into the underlying screen (e.g. clicking pending approvals opens the Approvals Dashboard), so the dashboard doubles as a launchpad.
