HR Analytics & Reports¶
Go beyond the live dashboard into historical trends and breakdowns — turnover, leave usage, department and designation composition, salary distribution, and attrition risk.

Open Performance → HR Analytics (/hr/analytics).
What's inside¶
- Leave usage — per employee/department: Days Used and Usage rate, to spot over- and under-utilisation.
- Attrition risk — per employee Score, Risk band, and Key Factors, with the Computed date (see Engagement & Attrition).
- Workforce composition — headcount by Department, Designation, and branch.
- Cost views — salary and payroll trends over time.
Use the filters to scope by department, branch, or date range, and export where an export action is offered.
Consolidated reports
Several reports can be combined into a consolidated export for management or board reporting. For finance-side reporting see Accounting Reports.
