Open Chat (/chat).

Messaging

  • Pick a conversation from the list, read the thread, and reply.
  • Start a new message and @mention colleagues to loop them in.

AI Assistant

The Assistant appears as a special participant. Ask it a question in plain language — how to do something, where a feature lives, or for a quick summary — and it replies with guidance and relevant links.

Availability

The AI Assistant is available when the workspace has it enabled; if it's off, Chat still works for normal person-to-person messaging.
