Data Export¶
Download a copy of your data — for portability or your own records.

Open Data Export (/admin/workspace-export).
- Click Download workspace export (.zip).
- The download starts immediately and streams — every data set your workspace owns, one CSV per table. Large workspaces may take a minute.
Right to portability
This supports data-portability requests — the export is a machine-readable copy of your own data. Login credentials and 2FA secrets are never included. Uploaded files are not in this zip (only their records); for archives that include the files themselves, use Backups.
Audit
Every workspace export is recorded in the audit log with the requesting user and IP.
