Platform operators only

This section is for platform super-admins who run the SaaS across all tenants. These screens are not visible to ordinary workspace administrators.

The platform area manages every workspace (tenant) on the system, the subscription catalogue, global configuration, monitoring, and broadcasts.

• Tenant Management

  Create, suspend, reactivate, impersonate, and health-check tenants.

• Plans & Packages

  Subscription plans and module bundles.

• System Configuration

  Platform name, support email, SMTP, and platform admins.

• Monitoring

  Audit logs, API logs, error monitor, and tenant health.

• Announcements

  Broadcast notices to all tenants.

• Menu & App Groups

  The launcher tiles and sidebar grouping.
