Operational visibility across the platform: audit trails, API traffic, application errors, and tenant health.

Audit Logs

Audit Logs (/audit-logs) — cross-tenant trail of entity changes, logins, and permission grants. Filter by entity type, user, action, and date range; export to CSV for compliance.

API Logs

API Logs (/api-logs) — API requests with endpoint, method, status code, latency, timestamp, and IP. Filter by endpoint or status to debug integrations.

Error Monitor

Error Monitor (/admin/system-errors) — aggregated application errors with class, message, frequency, last occurrence, and status (New / Acknowledged / Resolved). Open one for the full stack trace and impact.

Tenant Health

Tenant Health (/platform/tenant-health) — a scorecard (0–100) per tenant across profile completeness, document compliance, and active users, with drill-down to specifics.

Triage by signal

Use the Error Monitor for spikes, API Logs for integration failures, and Tenant Health to spot workspaces that need a proactive nudge.
