See who did what and when across the workspace — logins, record changes, permission grants, and document access.

Open Activity Log (/admin/activity). The stream is searchable and filterable by user, action type, and date range. A separate Data-changes view shows before/after on edited records.

What's recorded

  • Logins and session events.
  • Creates / updates / deletes on business records.
  • Permission and role grants.
  • Document access.

Tamper-evident

The activity log is an append-only audit trail — entries aren't editable, which is what makes it useful as evidence during a compliance review or incident investigation.
