HRMS — Human Resource Management¶
The HRMS module covers an employee's entire lifecycle with your organisation — from the day they're hired to their final settlement — plus everything in between: attendance, leave, payroll, tax, and statutory compliance for Nepal.
This guide is ordered the way you'll actually use the system, start to end. If your workspace is brand new, follow it top to bottom. If you're already running, jump to the section you need.
The end-to-end flow¶

Who does what¶
- HR / Admin work in HR Management (
/hr/...) and Administration (/admin/...). - Managers approve their team's leave, attendance corrections, and resignations from the Approval Inbox.
- Employees use the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal (
/ess/...) — see ESS.
Nepal-specific by design
Tax (Income Tax Act 2058), social security (SSF), festival bonus and gratuity (Labour Act 2074), the Bikram Sambat fiscal year, and gender/religion-specific holidays are all built in. Anything that a Finance Act can change is a configurable threshold, never hard-coded — see Compliance.
First time here?
Start with Workspace Setup. A fresh workspace needs at least one branch, department, designation, salary structure, and an active fiscal year before you can hire anyone or run payroll.
