Labour Audit¶
Prepare the statutory labour audit report (Nepal Labour Act) — a periodic compliance snapshot of your establishment that an appointed auditor completes and an approver signs off for filing.

Open HR Management → Labour Audit (/hr/labour-audit).
Create a report¶
- Click New. The Fiscal Year is detected automatically.
- Appoint an Auditor (who fills it in) and an Approver (who signs off).
- Save — the report is created in DRAFT and listed with its Fiscal Year, Status, Auditor, and Approver.
Fill in the form¶
The auditor opens the report form and completes the establishment details and the schedule's questions, for example:
- प्रतिष्ठानको नाम (Establishment), ठेगाना (Address), मुख्य काम (Main business).
- The reporting period — मिति देखि / मिति सम्म (Period from / to, BS).
- Workforce counts by employment type — नियमित (Regular), कार्यगत (Task-based), समयगत (Time-based), आंशिक (Partial) — and the head-count split महिला (Female) / पुरुष (Male) / अन्य (Other), plus आकस्मिक अनुमानित (Casual est.).
- The compliance questions (answered as applicable), with free-text rows where needed.
Save as draft as often as you like, then Submit to the approver.
Approve and file¶
The approver reviews from the Approvals queue and approves (or requests changes with remarks). Once APPROVED, the report is ready to file with the labour office.
Bilingual by design
The form uses the official Nepali field names with English helpers, and dates are in BS — matching the government format.
