Clinical Analytics

Analyse clinical data with patient cohorts, produce morbidity reports for government health reporting, and export in DHIS2 and FHIR formats.

Medical → Analytics (/medical/analytics) shows a census (patients, encounters, admissions, discharges), saved cohorts, open export jobs, and trend mini‑charts for encounters and ED visits so direction — not just today's total — is visible at a glance. The trend window is adjustable (last 3 / 6 / 12 / 24 months) via the filter at the top; it defaults to 6 months.

Patient cohorts

Analytics → Cohorts (/medical/analytics/cohorts) — build a cohort with a query (gender, blood group, age, patient status, diagnosis), then Run it to compute and count membership (e.g. male patients 40–60 with diabetes).

Morbidity report

Analytics → Morbidity (/medical/analytics/morbidity) — for a date range and encounter class (OPD/IPD), rank diagnosis (ICD) codes by case frequency — the basis for MoHP/DoHS HMIS submissions.

DHIS2 export

Analytics → DHIS2 (/medical/analytics/dhis2) — pick a reporting period and organisation unit, preview the DHIS2 dataValueSet JSON, and download it for upload/API push to the government system.

HMIS reports (HMIS 2082 forms)

Medical → HMIS Reports (/medical/reports/hmis) render the Nepal HMIS 2082 reporting forms — starting with HMIS 9.4 (Hospital Monthly) — auto-computed from captured clinical data for a chosen month. Each form:

  • shows the official-style sheet (Print / PDF to submit the paper form), and
  • emits the DHIS2 dataValueSet (inline preview + DHIS2 payload download) — each indicator's code is the dataElement key, mapped to your DHIS2 UIDs per deployment.

The catalogue is data-driven: a form is a definition whose cells bind to metrics over clinical data. Sections fill in as each program's data capture (OPD, IPD, ER already live; FP/MNH/TB/HIV/child health as those modules land) is completed; exact cells are finalised against the official HMIS 2082 form.

FHIR bulk export

Analytics → Exports (/medical/analytics/exports) — create a bulk export job (Patient / Encounter / Observation / Condition); jobs run Pending → In Progress → Complete with a download link.

Built for Nepal HMIS

Morbidity → DHIS2 export is designed for the national health reporting workflow, with ICD‑coded diagnoses feeding the figures.
