Welcome to the IESMAC ERP & Recruitment platform documentation. These guides walk you through the day-to-day tasks: managing candidates, onboarding employees, running payroll, and administering your workspace.

Where to start¶

Sign in, find your workspace, and learn the layout.

The modules¶
The guide mirrors the app's module groups — pick the area you work in:
- Recruitment — employers, job orders, approval workflow, deployment process, compliance, and secure media sharing.
- HR Management — the whole employee lifecycle: setup, employees, attendance & overtime, leave, payroll & compensation, performance, HR operations, analytics, and offboarding.
- Accounting & Finance — ledger, invoicing (VAT/TDS), candidate payments, refunds, and reports.
- Inventory & Materials — item masters, purchasing, stock, production, and valuation.
- Document Retention (Custody) — chain-of-custody for sensitive items.
- Front Office — grievances, visitors, and darta/chalani correspondence.
- Medical / Hospital — full HIS: patients, EMR, emergency, inpatient, theatre, lab, radiology, pharmacy, billing, insurance, and government health reporting.

- Chat & AI Assistant — workspace messaging and the AI helper.
