What job seekers see when they visit your published site — and how their applications flow back into recruitment.

Your site is served at app.iesmac.com/site/{your-slug} (the workspace slug). Visitors can:
- Browse and filter job postings and read full job details.
- Apply to a job through a form that collects their details and CV.
- Read your blog and content pages.
Applications come into recruitment¶
A submitted application is captured in the system and appears in your recruitment pipeline, ready to process — no re-keying. From there it follows the normal job order workflow and, once selected, the deployment process.
Always current
Because the jobs list is generated from your live postings, the public site never shows a stale or filled vacancy — it reflects exactly what's open right now.
